PHYSICALS AND REGISTRATION – A current year medical form must be mailed to Northbrook Junior Spartan Football, P.O. Box 33, Northbrook, IL  60062 before August 1, 2010.  A Parent must sign the medical form.  Coaches will not collect medical forms at the practice field and Coaches will not permit a player to practice unless the player’s medical form has been received.  

KICK-OFF - Your first day of practice is Monday, August 9 with weigh-ins beginning promptly at 4:45 p.m. for all players.

PRACTICE SESSIONS – Please review these times and dates carefully and plan your schedules accordingly. You will not be able to suit up for a game unless you’ve attended at least 11 practice sessions. 

Beginning August 9, 2010
Weekdays (Monday through Friday)
August 9 thru August 13 -- from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
August 16 thru August 20 -- from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
August 23 thru August 27 -- from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
August 30 thru September 3-from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. 
September 7 thru September 10 – from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Season Opener September 12, 2010
After the first game your practice sessions for the rest of the season will be:
Wednesday thru Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday morning walkthroughs throughout the season..
Jr Spartan night is Friday September 24th at GBN.  The boys will be recognized at the varsity football game
